A campaign report pulls together everything your agency captured in the field. It is updated as new submissions are approved — always open the latest version to see current results.
The four sections
Summary — top-line numbers: calls completed vs scheduled, compliance percentage, and the overall campaign date range. This is where to glance when you just want to know if things are on track.
Trends — charts that break the summary down by store, region, or week. Hover or tap a bar to see the underlying stores or calls.
Gallery — the photos your agency's field team took on site. Filter by store, date, or tag to zero in on a specific area.
Briefs — the weekly briefs that staff worked from. Useful when you want to compare "what was asked" vs "what was delivered".
Filtering
The filter bar at the top applies to every section at once. Common filters:
- Date range — narrow to a specific week or campaign phase.
- Store list — focus on one retailer or region.
- Status — sometimes you only want to see the problem stores.
Exporting
Click Export at the top right for:
- PDF — a static snapshot you can forward.
- CSV — the underlying submission data for your own analysis.
Exports reflect the filters you have applied. If the PDF does not look like what you expected, check whether a filter is still on.
