Reading your schedule

How the Today view, upcoming calls, and call URLs work on the Field portal.

The Field portal's home page is a focused list: only today's calls, in the order you are most likely to visit them.

Today

The Today tab shows calls scheduled for the current date. Each row has:

  • The store name and distance (if your device location is enabled).
  • The campaign the call belongs to.
  • The status — Pending, In progress, Submitted, or Flagged.

Tap a row to open the call.

Upcoming

The Upcoming tab lists calls scheduled for the next 14 days. Use this to plan — you cannot submit an upcoming call until its due date, but you can read the brief and the store list.

Past

The Past tab is a read-only record of calls you have submitted. Use it to reference what you did on a previous visit.

Call URLs

Call links use a readable store-and-date format (for example, /field/calls/acme-bakery-20260419) rather than long ids. You can share a link with your agency team and they can open the exact call you mean.
