Submissions and reports
Reviewing submissions
Approve, request changes on, or reject a field submission before it lands in a report.

Every completed call generates a submission — the survey answers, the photos, and any notes the staff member left. The review stage is your chance to catch mistakes before anything reaches the client report.
Where to review
Open Review submissions from the sidebar. The default view shows everything currently pending review, newest first.
Filter by:
- Campaign — focus on one at a time.
- Staff — spot patterns by person.
- Store — if a store keeps coming back with issues.
The three actions
| Action | When to use it |
|---|---|
| Approve | Everything looks right. The submission lands in the campaign and is eligible for reports. |
| Request changes | The survey is mostly right but something specific is missing (a photo, a note). The staff member gets a notification and can re-submit. |
| Reject | The visit did not happen as planned and cannot be fixed. A rejected submission is excluded from reports and logged against the call. |
Always leave a note
When you request changes or reject, add a specific, actionable note. A reason like "photos unclear" is better than "re-do". Staff see this on their phone.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows with the checkboxes to approve in bulk. Request changes and Reject are always single-row — they need a note.
