Flagging issues
Tell the agency about something that blocked or changed the call, while you are still on site.

Sometimes a call does not go as planned. The fixture is missing, the store manager refuses access, the stock is not on shelf. Flag the issue while you are there rather than waiting until you get home — the agency team usually needs to act on it quickly.
How to flag
On the call page, scroll to the Summary section and tap Flag issue.
- 1Pick a category (access denied, stock missing, display damaged, other).
- 2Add a short description — one or two sentences is enough.
- 3(Optional) Attach a photo.
- 4Tap Send flag.
Flags are logged immediately. Your agency team sees them in their HQ dashboard and will message you back through the app if they need more.
When to flag vs when to just submit
- Flag when something outside your control stopped you doing the brief. This is the right channel even if you also complete some of the call.
- Just submit when everything went as expected, even if there was a small delay or detail.
Refused access
If a store refuses access, always flag. Do not keep trying — your agency has relationships with the retailer and can escalate on your behalf.
