Understanding visit statuses
A reference to what each status in your report and campaign view actually means.

Every call in a campaign has a status. The one you see on a report is the current status — it changes as the agency reviews and approves work.
The statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Scheduled | The call has been planned but the day has not yet arrived. |
| In progress | The staff member is on site right now. |
| Submitted | The call has been completed and is awaiting agency review. |
| Approved | The agency has reviewed and accepted the submission. This is the only status that counts towards report figures. |
| Changes requested | The agency has asked the staff member to add or correct something before approving. |
| Flagged | Something stopped the visit happening as planned (see the flag note for detail). |
| Missed | The call date passed without a submission. |
What shows in your report
Report compliance percentages are based on Approved only. A Submitted call isn't counted yet — give the agency review time a few hours.
If a campaign looks lower-performing than you expected, filter the report by Status → Submitted to see what is still pending approval before concluding anything.
Flags
A flag is never neutral — it means the staff member reported a problem. Click any flagged call to read the note. Your agency should reach out about flags proactively, but you can also message them through Chat if you want a faster answer.
