Evidence
Uploading evidence
Attach photos and notes to a call so the agency and client can see what you saw.

Evidence is the single biggest reason submissions get rejected or requested-for-changes. A clear, well-labelled photo is worth more than five pages of notes.
What to attach
- Hero shot — the fixture from a wide angle so the whole display is visible.
- Close-ups — pricing labels, promotional material, damaged units. One per issue.
- Before/after — if the brief asks you to tidy or re-set the fixture, attach both.
How to attach
On the call page, open the Evidence section.
- Take photo opens your camera directly. The file is named with the store and date automatically.
- Upload picks from your device's gallery — useful if you already took photos before opening the app.
- Add note attaches a short text note alongside the photo.
Tips for good photos
- Hold the phone steady and wait for focus to lock.
- Make sure the fixture is well lit — turn your back to the store light so you don't silhouette.
- Crop tight on the subject; a full aisle is rarely what the agency needs to see.
Data limits
Photos compress automatically before upload, so you don't eat your data allowance. Expect around 1 MB per photo. Video is not supported.
