A call is a single store visit on a particular date. Your Today view lists everything due today.
Opening a call
Tap a row in the Today list. The call page has four sections:
- Brief — what you are there to do. Read this before you arrive.
- Survey — the questions to answer on site.
- Evidence — photos, notes, or any other attachments.
- Summary — your overall status and any flags.
Working through the survey
Answer each question as you visit the fixture. The survey auto-saves every few seconds — it is safe to lose signal briefly and come back.
Some questions are required; they have a red asterisk. You cannot submit until every required question has an answer.
Submitting
- 1Double-check your answers by scrolling to the top.
- 2Attach at least one photo in Evidence.
- 3Tap Submit.
Once submitted, the call status changes to Submitted. It is then awaiting review by the agency team; you cannot edit it from here unless they ask for changes.
If you leave without submitting
Answers stay saved as a draft on your device. You can reopen the call later and finish — but an un-submitted call after the due date will be flagged to your agency.
