Submissions and reports
Building a client report
Turn approved submissions into a shareable report for the client.

Client reports present a campaign's results in a format designed for the client to scan, rather than a submissions table. A report is built from approved submissions only — anything pending, rejected, or awaiting changes is excluded automatically.
Create a new report
- 1Open Reports from the sidebar.
- 2Click New report.
- 3Pick the campaign.
- 4Choose a date range or leave the default (full campaign).
- 5Optionally filter by store list or region.
- 6Click Generate.
Generation takes a few seconds. The report opens as soon as it is ready.
What a report contains
- A summary with headline stats: calls completed, compliance rate, average ratings.
- A chart section with the results broken down per store or per week.
- A submission gallery with the photos and notes, filterable by store and staff member.
- A weekly briefs row linking to the briefs the staff worked from.
Sharing with a client
Every report has a shareable client link. You can:
- Publish it directly — the client sees it in their portal under Reports.
- Export to PDF for a static snapshot.
- Copy an external link with an expiry date for stakeholders who don't have portal access.
Reports always reflect the current set of approved submissions. If a submission is approved after a report was generated, regenerating the report will pull it in.
